To keep Massachusetts' state forest reserves wild in perpetuity
Amendment # 238 - Commission on the Effects of Sand Mining
To protect public health, water, air & forests by developing sand mining regulations
URBAN TREES
Amendment # 253 - Preventing Home Insurers from Forcing Tree Removal
To protect homeowners from being forced to cut down a healthy tree
Amendment # 279 - Tree Management Plans
To require appropriate planning for state-funded tree planting
Amendment # 276 - Updates to the Public Shade Tree Law
To allow a fine if a tree is hit by a car, not only a horse and carriage
